Grilling:

Salt your Sirloin Steak and place on a rack in the refrigerater for 1 to 2 hours.

About 30 minutes before mealtime prepare the grill with a hot and cold side.

Salt and Peppar on both sides of the Sirloin Steak and then place it on the cooler side of the grill until the internal temp reaches 120 degrees.

After 120 temp is reached sear for 1 minute on each side or until the internal temp reaches 130 degrees.

Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy your Sirloin Steak!
